Aegean Airlines is the largest Greek airline by total number of passengers carried, by number of destinations served and by fleet size. A Star Alliance member since June 2010, it operates scheduled and charter services from Athens and Thessaloniki to other major Greek destinations as well as to a number of European destinations. Its main hub is Athens International Airport in Athens, with a secondary hub at Thessaloniki International Airport.

In 2009, Aegean Airlines carried 6,600,000 passengers surpassing for the first time its rival Olympic Airlines, which carried 5,265,729 passengers.

In 2010 Aegean Airlines carried 6,100,000 passengers, of which 50% were foreigners.

In 2011 Aegean Airlines carried 6.5 million passengers of which, 54% was on international routes.

In 2012 and amidst the unprecedented economic crisis that Greek tourism faced, Aegean Airlines accumulated a total number of passengers of 6.1 million but with a sharp increase in passengers from International destinations to regional airports of Greece (Heraklion, Rhodes, Corfu, Chania, Thessaloniki).

In 2013 the airline reported carrying 6.9 million passengers, an increase of 12% compared to 2012, with an average load factor of 79%.

Cyprus Airways, the national carrier of Cyprus, was founded in September 1947 and has since played a significant role in the growth of the economy of the island.

Cyprus Airways forms the backbone of the island's air transport network through the operation of scheduled services to over 18 destinations in Europe and the Middle East by performing around seven thousand flights and carrying around 1.3 million revenue passengers annually.

Romanian Air Transport - TAROM - was established on the 18th of September 1954 and a few years later it was already operating to almost all European countries. In 1966 TAROM operated its first flight across the Atlantic and in 1974 its first flight to Sydney via Calcutta and began operating scheduled flights to New York and Beijing.

In 1966 TAROM aircraft IL-18 flew around the world in 80 hours over a 47,000 km distance departing from Bucharest to Delhi, Bangkok, Tokyo, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Ciudad de Mexico, New York, Las Palmas, Rome, Istanbul, Bucharest.

In 1980 the transport capacity of the company doubled as compared to 1975 and tenfold as compared to the year of establishment. At the date, TAROM operated flights to 15 domestic destinations. In 1981 TAROM achieved a new performance by operating its first non-stop flight over 10,000 km between Bucharest and Bangkok. The 90s gave way to new routes to Chicago, Calcutta, Milan, Chisinau, Delhi, Verona, Bologna, Thessaloniki, Munich, Stuttgart and many more.

On June 25th, 2010, TAROM joined SkyTeam, the global alliance providing customers from member airlines access to an extensive global network with more destinations, more frequencies and more connections. TAROM is currently operating on 50 own destinations as well as destinations operated by its code share partners.

Adria Airways is Slovenia's national carrier and has a rich experience spanning forty years in charter and scheduled flights.

Today Adria's network links Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, with more than 40 destinations, mainly in Europe. Currently the company operates some 140 weekly flights to the following scheduled destinations: Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London, Manchester, Moscow, Munich, Ohrid, Paris, Pristina, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Skopje, Split, Tel Aviv, Tirana, Vienna, Zurich.

In winter 2001 the company started operating within EU market on Frankfurt-Vienna route and is in spring 2003 adding Vienna-Munich route.

China Airlines offers worldwide flights, with routes extending to the major cities in the U.S., Europe, South Africa, Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia. China Airlines has grown rapidly since it launched in 1959 with just two amphibious airplanes. Today its fleet has grown to include more than 50 Boeing and Airbus aircraft. By the year 2003, China Airlines will operate 80 aircraft, the majority of them newly purchased. 

To provide the best possible service, China Airlines has signed interline agreements with more than 100 airlines around the world. Included are major airlines in mainland China, making possible "one ticket" check-in for passengers traveling from Taiwan to mainland China, and vice versa.
